what you need
- 2-3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup hot wing sauce
- 2 cups Monterey Jack cheese, divided
- 4 packages refrigerated biscuits
make it
Turn oven on to temperature indicated on biscuit package. Poach chicken in water for 8-10 minutes or until done. Drain chicken. Shred chicken into a bowl and add hot wing sauce. Mix well*. Add 1 1/4 cup cheese to chicken.
Place biscuits on a cookie sheet and top each biscuit with a spoonful of chicken mixture. Top with more cheese.
Bake until biscuits are done, about 15 minutes. Serve with bleu cheese dressing and celery sticks.
Notes
*You may add more sauce to taste, since the sauce tends to soak into the chicken.
