what you need
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 egg
- Salt
- Black fresh grounded pepper
- 1 large eggplant
- Sour cream
make it
Mix beef with onion, garlic and egg. Make sure that you don't have a watery mixture. Season it with salt and pepper and set aside for couple of minutes.
Meanwhile take out eggplant and cut into large circles. Season it with pinch of salt. Take out your pan and spray some oil and make sure it's on medium high.
On eggplant put beef mixture and fry it on both sides (about 5 minutes on both sides or till you see that eggplant it darker but not soft yet.) You don't want your eggplant be too soft because then beef wont stick to it. When you pan fry your food, make sure that first side that needs to be cooked is the side with meat (about 5-10 minutes or until beef is fully cooked). Then you can pan fry the other side. When everything is done you can put on plate with fresh sour cream and serve it just the way it is.
Notes
This recipe is very easy to make and it doesn’t take a lot of time. You can make it even when your friends decide to come over your house.
