what you need
- 2 1/2 cups raw elbow macaroni
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/8 tsp celery salt
- Small sprinkle of onion salt
- 1 can flaked tuna, UN-drained
- 1 1/2 cups shredded sharp (old) cheddar cheese
make it
Spray a 2 quart casserole dish lightly with cooking spray. Cook macaroni in a large pot of boiling water until al dente.
Meanwhile, combine soups, spices and undrained tuna in the casserole dish, stirring to mix well. When noodles are done, fold into soup mixture and top with cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees F for about 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
Notes
Occasionally you will get a can of creamed soup that seems a bit stiffer or not as creamy as usual. If this is the case, add a tiny bit of milk to the soup mixture to make it creamy.
My husband and 4 boys LOVE this tuna casserole!
