what you need
- 4 very ripe bananas, smashed
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups bread flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/8 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/8 cup butterscotch morsels
- Cinnamon/sugar shaker
make it
Smash bananas and add eggs. Add next ingredients until well blended. After all is mixed add the butterscotch and chocolate chips to batter.
Spray bread pan with non stick spray. Sprinkle cinnamon/sugar from shaker in bottom of pan. Add batter and sprinkle with more cinnamon sugar on top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Let sit in pan for 10 minutes and remove.
Notes
This is a very easy recipe that anyone can make. It is low in fat.
The best part is the butterscotch and chocolate chips. You may also add raisins, cranberries, toffee, any type of nuts. Just stick with the basic recipe. The possibilities are endless.
Hint - if you do not have very ripe bananas, you can use applesauce to make the batter less thick.
