- 1 large onion
- 1 family pack ground beef
- 2 eggs
- 4 Premium Salted Crackers
- Garlic powder and pepper
- 2 cans Campbell’s tomato soup
- 1 green cabbage
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 2 cans peas
make it
Peel 8 potatoes, Slice in half, and put aside
Chop onion, mix in ground beef, and add eggs. Crush crackers and sprinkle all over meat, mix well, and make a long loaf. Sprinkle garlic powder all over loaf and add some pepper to taste.
Place peeled and sliced potatoes around loaf. Add 1 can of tomato soup around potatoes. Add second can all over meat. Add water until it covers potatoes.
Put in oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 45 minutes. Slice cabbage and put in pot with water, turn on when 30 minutes left for meatloaf. Let cabbage boil for 30 minutes. When done, strain and add margarine. Cook canned peas normally.
When meatloaf is done, place it on a platter alone and slice into pieces. Leave potatoes in roasting pan with sauce. Make plates with meatloaf, cabbage, and peas. Then add potatoes and spread sauce in pan all over your plate.
