what you need
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 bag frozen cauliflower
- 1 bag tatter tots
- Salt & pepper to taste
make it
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a small bowl mix soup and milk, set aside.
Brown beef on stove top; drain. Put beef in an 8 x 8 pan, top with cauliflower, then top with mushroom soup. Then arrange tater tots in a line, until there is no more room.
Cook for 1 hour or until the tater tots get brown.
Notes
You might need to poke cauliflower to make sure it is done to softness.
