what you need
- 4 boneless, skinless, chicken breast
- 3-4 tsp. minced garlic
- 1 bottle Kraft Carb Free Italian Dressing
make it
Clean chicken breast, cut 2-3 small slits in each chicken breast. Stuff the slits with garlic.
Place chicken breast in a glass baking dish (9x13 inch), and pour the bottle of dressing over the chicken.
Cover pan with plastic wrap and marinate in refrigerator for at least 4 hours. Bake at 350 degrees F for one hour or until chicken is cooked thoroughly.
Notes
Serve with steamed broccolli or your favorite steamed vegetable.
