what you need
- 1 cup bite-sized broccoli pieces
- 1 cup bite-sized cauliflower pieces
- 1 cup fresh mushrooms
- 1 zucchini
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 jar (14 oz.) spaghetti sauce or your own home-made spaghetti sauce
- Mozzarella cheese, cut into bite-sized chunks (string cheese works well)
- Cooked bow-tie pasta, ravioli, or tortellini
- 1/2 lb. Italian smoked sausage, sliced

Steam broccoli and cauliflower until crisp-tender. Saute mushrooms and slices of zucchini in butter.
Heat spaghetti sacue. Transfer to fondue pot. Dip veggies, pasta, and sausage, and enjoy!
Notes
You won't believe the veggies your kids will eat if they can dip them into a fondue pot first! (And little do they know, the fondue pot is filled with healthy tomatoes.)
