what you need
- 2 tsp. Spice Islands® Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1 pkg. (18.25 oz.) Betty Crocker® Yellow Cake Mix
- 1/3 cup Wesson® Vegetable Oil
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tsp. Spice Islands® Ground Cinnamon

Preheat oven to 375°F. In bowl combine Spice Islands® Pure Vanilla Extract, cake mix, oil and eggs. Stir until well blended. Combine sugar and Spice Islands® Ground Cinnamon in shallow bowl.
Form cookie dough into 1 inch balls. Roll balls in cinnamon sugar mixture.
Place cookies on baking sheets and bake for 8 -10 minutes until cookies are set and lightly browned. Remove to cooling rack.
Notes
TIP: For a new flavor add 1/4 tsp. Spice Islands® Ground Nutmeg to the cinnamon sugar mixture or replace the yellow cake mix with Betty Crocker® White or Devil's Food Cake Mix.
