Potatoes Au Gratin & Pork Chops

what you need
- Bread crumbs
- 6 thick cut pork chops
- 1 can cream of onion soup
- 1/2 soup can of milk
- 1/2-2 cups Kraft Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 5 lb. bag red potatoes, sliced
make it
Bread and fry pork chops. Set aside.
Place cream of onion soup, milk and Kraft Velveeta cheese in a saucepan. Warm until cheese is melted.
In a 13x9x2 pan, place sliced potatoes in bottom of pan. Pour soup and cheese mixture over potatoes. Arrange pork chops on top.
Cover with foil paper and bake for 1-1/2 hours in a 350 degree oven.
