what you need
- 2 small packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 packet ranch dip mix
- 1 can beer
- Shredded cheddar cheese
make it
Let cream cheese soften for about 15 minutes.
Add 1 package of cream cheese to mixing bowl. With fork, mix cream cheese. Add 2nd package of cream cheese and mix with first.
Add ranch dip mix and mix with blender on low to medium speed. Slowly add the can of beer, putting about 4 Tbsp. in at a time. Mix and repeat.
Top with shredded cheddar cheese and serve with pretzels.
