what you need
- 1/4 cup grated cheese
- 1 diced tomato
- 1/4 cup lettuce
- 1/4 lb ground beef
- 1/5 cup onion as like would fit
- 1/4 package Lawry taco seasoning
- 1/4 cup water
- Large size corn tortillas (2)
- 1/6 cup vegatable oil
make it
Grate Cheese, cut up tomato and lettuce. Crumble ground beef in frying pan. Chop onion and mix with beef. Cook ground beef just as season package says. Add water and cook till water evaporates.
Pour oil in another pan for tortillas. Cook tortillas in hot oil. Lay flat then few seconds turn over and few more seconds. Fold in half take and put on paper towel drain.
Put beef into tortilla. Add cheese, then mix tomato and lettuce, and put into tortilla shell.
Notes
Do not put all the seasoning mix if you only cook two tacos. Make sure you don't let sit, stir often enough to keep from burning in pan, Make sure to be careful with cooking with hot oil and do not over cook tortillas. Need to try this a few times to get it right, how ever you like it. Add enough cheese to really put the bite in.
