what you need
- 2 cups long grain rice, uncooked
- 3 cups water
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 package onion soup mix
- 1 can mushrooms with the juice (small or large)
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 green pepper, diced
- 2 cups of pork, chicken, or turkey; cubed

Mix all ingredients into a large casserole dish.
Bake at 350°F for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until rice is tender.
