- 6 baby carrots
- 2 tablespoons unsalted cashew nuts
- 4 cups milk
- 2 cups water
- 1 box Kraft Macaroni & Cheese Dinner
- 2 tablespoons flaxseeds
make it
Puree carrots and cashew nuts in milk. Heat pureed carrots and water in a pan. Add macaroni and flaxseeds.
When milk starts to boil, add the cheese that comes with the box. Stir from time to time.
Voila! A nutritious and yummy meal is ready to be served.
Notes
This recipe is designed for picky eaters.
Options:
Use cheese slices/cubes/shredded cheese instead of the cheese that comes with the box.
Use wheat pasta instead of macaroni.
