what you need
- 1 bunch green onions
- 1 pkg. (8 ounce) Philadelphia Cream Cheese
- 6 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 pound Oscar Mayer Bacon
- Toothpicks
make it
First chop the green onions into small pieces and mix with cream cheese. Take a large spoonful (1 1/2 Tbsp.) of cream cheese mixture and put in center of each chicken breast. Fold in half. Wrap approx. 3 slices of bacon around each chicken breast piece covering most of the holes showing the center of cream cheese. Hold bacon in place with toothpicks.
Put chicken rolls onto a broiling pan with a small amount of water in the bottom of the catch tray to avoid smoking.
Broil for about 20 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked turning often to avoid bacon from catching on fire.
Notes
Use the Philadelphia Cream Cheese and Chives spread to cut down on time.
