what you need
- 1 yellow cake mix
- 1 1/4 cups crushed graham cracker crumbs
- 1 jar chocolate topping (reserve 1/2 cup for topping)
- 1 jar (13 oz.) marshmallow cream
- 1 jar butterscotch topping (half the jar)
make it
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease (BOTTOM ONLY) of 13x9 pan.
Mix cake as instructed on box. Add in graham cracker crumbs. Pour into pan. Drop mounds of chocolate topping (12 mounds) onto top of cake batter.
Bake 40-45 minutes or until done. Cool for 15 minutes. With a knife dipped into hot water, spread your marshmallow cream onto top of cake.
Drop chocolate reserve onto top of marshmallow cream in mounds as you did when you put it on top of the batter. Drop Butterscottch topping onto top of marshmallow cream dropping the
mounds in between chocolate mounds.
With a knife again dipped in hot water, swirl chocolate and butterscottch topping into marshmallow cream to make a marble effect.
Notes
Store at room temperature do not refrigerate!
When cutting to serve, always use a knife dipped in hot water first to keep the topping from sticking.
Use a serrated knife to cut when serving cake
Use entire jar of butterscotch topping if desired.
