what you need
- 1/2 cup oil
- 2 cups drained and grated zucchini
- 2 cups flour
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. soda
- 5 Tbsp. cocoa
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
make it
1. Combine oil and zucchini. Sift dry ingredients. Add to zucchini. Mix in vanilla and nuts.
2. Spread on 11x15 inch cookie sheet. Bake 18-20 minutes at 350 degrees.
