Pork Chops with Sour Cream

what you need
- 6 loin pork chops
- Salt & pepper
- 1/4 cup mustard
- 2 cups flour
- Oil
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 2 cups sour cream
make it
Salt & pepper chops. Baste each pork chop with mustard then coat well with flour.
Heat oil in large skillet. Brown pork chops on each side just until golden brown. Transfer chops to a 9 x 13" baking dish.
Pour chicken broth over pork chops and add sliced onion. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
Remove chops from baking dish. Whisk the sour cream throughly with the chicken broth. Place chops back into the sour cream mixture and serve.
Notes
This recipe creates the moisted, most tender chops you'll ever eat. Taste great red skin potatoes and your favorite vegetable or salad. Butterfly pork chops can also be used.
