what you need
- 1 block Philadelphia Cream Cheese
- 1 jar favorite salsa
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 bag favorite tortilla chips
make it
Spread cream cheese in bottom of quiche or pie plate, making sure to evenly cover entire bottom. Pour salsa over cream cheese. Cover with shredded cheese.
Bake in 375°F oven for 30-35 minutes, until cheese is golden brown on top.
Let sit for a few minutes before dipping in! Dip will be HOT!
Notes
It may help to soften the cream cheese before spreading to make it a little easier.
Any shredded cheese works, but different varieties, such as Mexican blends, work well.
You may also add your favorite chopped veggies (onions, peppers, olives) at the time you add the salsa for extra flavor!
