what you need
- 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 pkg. Kraft Shake 'N Bake
- Hot sauce
- Blue cheese salad dressing
make it
Cut chicken breast cross-ways into 1" strips. Add cayenne pepper to Shake 'N Bake mix. Shake pieces to coat.
Bake for 15 minutes at 350°F.
Once out of the oven, drizzle with your favorite hot sauce. Serve with blue cheese dressing.
Notes
Easy, inexpensive, and low fat way to enjoy wings! (Especially if you use a low-fat dressing.) Not as messy with dealing with the bones.
