what you need
- 1 cup dry waffle mix
- 1 medium egg
- 3/4 cup fat free milk
- 2 bananas, mashed
- 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
- *1 Tbsp. oil (if desired, not necessary)
- 1/2 tub Cool Whip (if desired)
- Sugar free syrup
make it
1. Preheat waffle iron. Combine waffle mix, egg, milk, mashed bananas, pecans, and *oil. Stir for 1 minute, or until batter is thick and smooth.
2. Pour 2-3 spoonfuls of waffle mix onto iron, and cook for 30-45 seconds.
3. Spoon Cool Whip and syrup onto waffles. Serve immediately.
