what you need
- 2 1/2 lbs. ground chuck
- 1 box (6 oz.) Stove Top Stuffing Mix for Chicken
- 1 envelope meatloaf fixins
- 1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 3/4 tsp. garlic powder
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup ketchup
make it
Mix all ingredients together except ketchup.
Form into a loaf and place in 9x13 pan. Spread ketchup over top.
Bake @ 375 degrees for 1 hour.
