what you need
- 1 cup onion
- 1/3 cup red bell pepper
- 1/2 cup cilantro
- 1 can palmito (palmetto)
- 1/2 cup Kraft Mayonnaise
- The juice of one lemon
- Crackers
make it
First, chop into small pieces: the onion, red bell pepper, cilantro, and palmito from the can.
Place all of these ingredients in a bowl. Add the mayonnaise and the lemon juice and mix well.
Serve as an appetizer with crackers.
