what you need
- Filling:
- 2 pkgs. Kraft Philadelphia Cream Cheese (regular or light)
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 graham pie crust (shell)
- Topping:
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 can (14 ounces) crushed pineapple, drain well
- 1 tsp. vanilla
make it
Filling:
Beat cheese until creamy, add sugar slowly and cream together. Beat in eggs one at a time, add vanilla and lemon juice. Place in shell. Cook for 35 to 40 minutes at 350º.
Topping:
Mix together, spoon gently on top of hot cake and return to oven for 10 minutes.
