what you need
- 2 pkg. (8 oz. each) cream cheese, softened *
- ½ cup sugar
- ½ tsp. vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 2/3 cup white chocolate chips, divided in half (1/3 cup each)
- 1 chocolate flavored pie crust
make it
Mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add eggs; mix until blended. Stir in 1/3 c. chocolate chips.
Pour mixture into crust. Sprinkle with remaining chips. Bake @ 350° F for 35 minutes or till center is almost set. Cool and refrigerate 3 hours or overnight. Garnish with candy-coated almonds.
Notes
* Helpful Hint: Soften cream cheese in microwave on high for 15 to 20 seconds.
