what you need
- 1 pkt. instant cream of wheat (regular or fruit flavored)
- 1/2 cup mandarin oranges or pineapple, undrained
- 2 Tbsp. peanut butter
- 4 oz. fat free yogurt
make it
Do not prepare cream of wheat. Simply mix in a bowl with the juice and fruit.
Add peanut butter and stir well.
Fold in yogurt. Enjoy!
