what you need
- Crust:
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine
- 5 Tbsp. powdered sugar
- Filling:
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1/4 cup flour
- 8 oz. Kraft Philadelphia Cream Cheese
- 2 cups chopped fresh rhubarb
- Topping:
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup flour

Mix crust ingredients and press into 9 X 13 cake pan - bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees.
Mix filling ingredients: eggs, salt, sugar, flour and cream cheese, blend until smooth. Stir in rhubarb - pour over crust.
Combine topping ingredients with fork and crumble over the top. Bake 30 - 40 minutes.
