what you need
- 3 or 4 pound boneless pork rib roast
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup liquid smoke
- 1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
make it
Wash roast and place in crock-pot. Mix ketchup, liquid smoke, and Worcestershire sauce in a 4 cup measuring cup and blend with wire whisk. Pour on roast.
Cook on high for 4 hours or until pop-up timer is released. Remove from crock-pot, let stand 10-15 minutes, slice and serve.
Can top with additional Kraft BBQ sauce if desired. Garnish with cooked carrots or sweet potatoes (optional).
Notes
Cook on low for 8 hours. Excellent for working moms, put on in the morning, and it's ready when you get home. Leftovers can be used for BBQ sandwiches.
