what you need
- 1 (9 inch) pie crust, baked
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup Splenda or sugar
- 2 small boxes Cool Whip, thawed (save one for topping)
- 1 can Dole pineapple, crushed (well drained)
make it
Bake pie crust at 450 degrees until brown.
Mix softened cream cheese, sugar, and 1 box of Cool Whip until well blended. Add drained crushed pineapple. Mix all ingredients well and pour into cooled pie crust.
Top with other box of Cool Whip. Refrigerate before serving.
