what you need
- 1 onion, diced
- Minced or fresh garlic as desired
- Olive oil
- 3 or 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into cubes or chunks
- 3 cans (15 oz. each) Hunt's Diced Tomatoes with roasted garlic
- 1 carton heavy whipping cream
- 1 box (16 oz.) bowtie pasta, cooked
make it
Saute onion and garlic in olive oil. Add and saute chicken chunks. Cook until done.
Add cans of tomatoes. Gradually add un-whipped whipping cream to desired thickness. Simmer on low.
Add cooked bowtie pasta, toss and serve warm with green salad and Texas Toast.
