what you need
- 3 onions, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups sliced celery
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 cup regular rice-uncooked
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 can chop suey vegetables
- Chinese Noodles

Brown onions & celery in butter. Remove from pan. Brown rice and ground beef. Put aside.
In buttered 2 qt casserole combine soups, water, soy sauce and pepper. Add brown onions, celery, ground beef & rice. Stir in chop suey vegetables.
Bake covered in a 350°F oven for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake 30 minutes more. Serve with Chinese noodles.
