what you need
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tub Cool Whip Strawberry Whipped Topping, thawed
- 1/3 cup Kraft Strawberry Jam
- 1 Honey Maid Graham Pie Crust
make it
Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar in a large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Stir in whipped topping and jam. Spoon into pie crust.
Refrigerate 3 hours or until set. May top with sliced strawberries, additional topping or a strawberry sauce.
Notes
This is an adaptation of an old Kraft recipe that I have used many times for Cherry Cheesecake.
You could easily use any crust flavor (chocolate would be good). You could also make this all chocolate by using chocolate topping.
I have a recipe for a strawberry sauce that I use with this recipe. Be creative! This recipe could easily be adapted using plain Cool Whip and your favorite crust and jam flavor.
