what you need
- 8 oz. Philadelphia Original Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 cup KRAFT Real Mayonnaise (or KRAFT LIGHT Mayonnaise)
- 6 oz. can lump crab, drained, rinsed & flaked
- 14 oz. can artichoke hearts, rinsed, drained, chopped
- 1-2 garlic clove, minced, more if you’re a garlic person
- 2 oz. diced green chilies, diced fine
- 4 oz. sliced water chestnuts, drained & chopped fine
- 1 cup KRAFT Italian (5 Cheese Blend) Shredded
- 6 dashes Tabasco pepper sauce – or to taste
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Parmesan Cheese, Parmesan/Romano or Pecorino – shredded/grated for topping

In a medium bowl, blend softened cream cheese and mayonnaise with fork. Add: crab, artichoke hearts, garlic, green chilies, water chestnuts, Italian blend cheese, & Tabasco.
Spoon into a casserole (about 1.5 quart); top with parmesan cheese.
Bake at 350°F for 25 to 30 minutes until bubbly and browned on top.
Notes
Serve: with toast points, tortilla chips or crackers.
KRAFT Italian blend = mozzarella, provolone, Asiago, Romano, parmesan
When doubling recipe use 1 can of artichoke hearts & 1 can of artichoke bottoms.
