- 3 cups frozen or fresh fruit such as (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries or melon)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup fat free milk or nonfat plain yogurt
- 1-3 tablespoons sugar of Splenda (as needed)
