- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
make it
Preheat oven to 325°F. In a medium bowl, mix together all ingredients thoroughly.
Drop dough by teaspoonful onto ungreased cookie sheet and press criss-cross pattern into each one, with a fork.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until light golden. Let cool completely before serving.
Notes
Delicious cookies and they don't require any flour.
