what you need
- 6 ears of corn on the cob
- Butter
- Salt
make it
Fire up the BBQ grill. Peel back the green chucks and clean the silk off the ears. Use the chucks to hold the corn by.
Then place the corn on the grill with the chucks hanging off the grill so they don't get burned. Keep turning them so they don't burn but that they get roasted.
Brush some melted butter on each ear about 10 minutes before removing from the grill.
Notes
If you like to kick it up a notch a little Tabasco is really great also. This is really good with a meal, hamburgers or as just a snack.
