what you need
- 4 cups cold milk, divided
- 2 pkgs. (4-serving size) white chocolate flavor instant pudding & pie filling
- 1 tub (12 oz.) non-dairy whipped topping, thawed & divided
- 3/4 Cup Andes Creme De Menthe Baking Chips, divided
- 1 pkg. (4-serving size) chocolate flavor instant pudding & pie filling
- 1 (2 extra servings) graham cracker pie crust

Beat 2-1/2 cups milk with 2 pkgs. white chocolate pudding & pie filling, with electric mixer, until pudding is dissolved. Blend 1 cup thawed non-dairy whipped topping. Add 1/2 cup Andes Creme De Menthe Baking Chips to white chocolate mixture. Pour into pie crust.
Now, beat 1-1/2 cups milk with 1 pkg. chocolate flavor pudding & pie filling, with electric mixer, until pudding is dissolved. Blend in 1 cup thawed non-dairy whipped topping. Pour over white chocolate pudding layer.
Top with remaining thawed non-dairy whipped topping. Sprinkle remaining 1/4 cup Andes Creme De Menthe Baking Chips on whipped topping. Refrigerate 2 hours or until set.

I am diabetic, so I use sugar free/fat free products. This is a very pretty & refreshing dessert.
