Mushroom Soup Pork Chops with Green Peppers

what you need
- 6 boneless pork chops
- Dash of salt
- Pepper
- Garlic powder to taste
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
make it
Place pork chops in a glass pan, sprinkle salt, pepper, and garlic powder on top of meat.
Cut up bell pepper and onion and place on top of meat. Mix mushroom soup and milk together, to thin out just a little, then pour over meat.
Cover with foil and place in 375 degrees oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Notes
Good with baked potatoes and mac-n-cheese.
