Lo Carb Pepperoni Chicken

what you need
- 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts (thawed)
- 2 cups real mayonnaise
- 1 to 1 1/2 cups grated parmesan romano cheese
- 2 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
- 30 pepperoni slices
make it
Arrange chicken breasts in baking dish. Combine mayo, cheese and seasoning until mixed well. Cover top sides of chicken breasts with mayo mixture until covered.
Bake covered at 350 degrees, for 45 minutes. Then top chicken with pepperoni slices and bake uncovered until lightly browned and chicken is cooked throughout.
Note: for frozen chicken breasts, increase baking time and decrease oven temperature.
Notes
This recipe has virtually no carbs if you are on the NO/LOW CARB DIET.
