what you need
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 4 center cut pork chops
- 3 cans tomato soup
- 2 cans water
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup carrots, sliced
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 cup cut potatoes
- 1 medium onion, chopped
make it
Heat oil in large Dutch oven. Brown pork chops then remove.
Add soup, water & Worcestershire; stir. Add vegetables. Place pork chops down in the soup.
Simmer for 1 hour - or longer. Serve with bread.
