what you need
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 Vidala Onion
- 1 boulion cube (chicken or beef), broken up
- 2 pieces of tin foil
make it
Cut the top off of the onion, peel onion (leave the root intact). Cut onion in quarters until just before you reach the root. DO NOT CUT ROOT.
Spread butter inside and on top of onion. Stick peices of boulion cube inside onion. Wrap twice in tinfoil to keep all the wonderful juices in.
Put on grill for about 45 minutes turning once or twice. They should feel almost soft when you are taking them off.
Notes
These onions are wonderful with anything you put on the grill. I don't like onions but I love these! They are sweet and juicy!
One onion could easily be for 1 person or 4!
