what you need
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 of bag of fresh spinach leaves
- 1 small jar Progresso artichoke hearts
- 1 small jar Progresso sun dried tomato
- 1/2 pound shrimp
- 1/2 pound scallops
- 1 jar Kraft Alfredo Sauce
- 1 can crab meat
make it
Chop garlic, stir in pan with butter and olive oil. Cook 2 minutes on medium heat. Stir in spinach, small jar of artichokes and 3 Tbsp. of tomato. Cook for another 2 minutes.
Put shrimp and scallops in and cook till seafood is done. Then stir in Alfredo sauce and crab meat till heated. Serve with Italian bread, salad, and a nice white wine. Enjoy!!!
Notes
I sometimes use white meat chicken in this recipe, works just as well. With seafood you can put clams or any other shell fish you like, it always comes out delishous!
