Porcupine Meatball Dinner

what you need
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 egg
- 1 cup Minute Rice
- 2 cans tomato sauce, divided
- 1 can tomato soup, divided
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
make it
Preheat skillet to medium-high heat. Combine ground beef, egg, rice, 1 can tomato sauce, 1/2 can of tomato soup, and salt and pepper in a mixing bowl until well blended. Form into 1 inch diameter balls. Place meatballs in skillet, carefully turning to brown on each side.
Combine remaining can of tomato sauce, tomato soup, and Worcestershire sauce in a separate bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste. Pour over meatballs in skillet. Turn meatballs to coat with sauce. Reduce heat to medium and cover. Cook for about 15 minutes or until meatballs are brown in center.
