what you need
- 2 cups rigatoni pasta
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite size pieces
- Dash cayenne
- 1 lb. ground Italian sausage
- 1/4 lb. hard salami, cut into strips
- 1 jar Alfredo sauce
- 2 Tbsp. nacho cheese
- 1 medium tomato, diced
- Shredded parmesan cheese

Boil pasta per package instructions, drain, set aside. Heat oil in large skillet; add chicken, sprinkle with cayenne and brown until juices run clear. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
Brown ground sausage; drain. Add chicken and hard salami to sausage. Gently stir in Alfredo, nacho cheese, tomato and pasta. Simmer for approximately 1 minute. Garnish with cheese if desired.
Notes
Great with garlic bread and salad.
