what you need
- 5 lb. ground beef
- 1 1/2 cups seasoned bread crumbs
- 3 slightly beaten eggs
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup Kraft BBQ sauce
- 1 large onion, minced
- 1/4 cup minced red pepper
- 1/4 cup minced green pepper
- 2 Tbsp. minced garlic
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/2 cup milk
- Adobo
- Dry Italian seasoning
- Glaze:
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. mustard
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup Kraft BBQ sauce
make it
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and then crumble meat into mix. Mix meat well with all the ingredients.
Use a baking pan, shape into a meatloaf and make a dent in the middle of meatloaf all the way down (allows juice from meat to run down). Coat meatloaf with ingredients for glaze. (Leave some glaze for finishing touch)
Tightly cover meatloaf with aluminum foil and place in oven for approx. 1 hour and 15 minutes. After 1 hour, pour glaze generously over meatloaf and let it cook another 20 minutes.
Let meatloaf sit for 10 to 15 minutes and prepare to have a delicious dinner! Serve meatloaf with mashed potatoes and a salad.
