what you need
- 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
- 3/4 cup oil
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 4 tablespoons milk
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
make it
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a large mixing bowl, combine cake mix, oil, eggs and sour cream. Mix until large lumps are gone. Pour half of the batter into an 9x13 glass baking dish.
Combine the brown sugar and cinnamon, and spread over the batter in the baking dish. Spoon the other half of the batter into the cake pan covering the brown sugar and cinnamon. Twirl the cake with a butter knife until it looks like a honey bun.
Bake in preheated oven for 35 - 40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Pour and spread icing on hot cake. Serve warm.
ICING: In a small bowl, mix together the powdered sugar, milk and vanilla until smooth.
