what you need
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup fruit of choice (be sure to cut into pieces)
- 1/4 cup yogurt of any flavor
make it
Pour juice into a large cup. Add in your fruits and yogurt.
Mix with a spoon so you don’t squish the fruit too much.
Serve chilled.

My sister's friend was on a diet. When she told me this I whipped up some of my "fruit" drink for health nuts and she was delighted. It had her favorite things in there and was healthy for her. This makes a good and healthy breakfast for all you health nuts.
