what you need
- 6 large potatoes, peeled and mashed
- 1 pound ground chuck
- 1 large box Velveeta cheese
- Milk
- 1 can cream corn
- 1 can whole kernel corn
make it
First, peel and begin boiling your potatoes. While potatoes are boiling cook your ground chuck. Set ground chuck aside for later. Next drain potatoes and mash using a hand blender. Set these aside as well.
Put the Velveeta cheese in a large pan and melt fully using milk to keep consistency lower. In a large bowl mix cream corn, whole kernel corn, melted Velveeta cheese, and cooked ground chuck. Pour mixture into a large casserole dish and fully cover with mashed potatoes.
Cook at 350 degrees F for 10 to 15 minutes or until potatoes brown at edge.
