what you need
- 1/4 cup boiling water
- 1 pkg (.3 oz - 6-serving size) Jell-O Lime Instant Sugar-Free Mix
- 3 containers (6 oz. each) Key Lime yogurt (other flavors work well also)
- 1 tub (8 oz.) Cool Whip
- 1 graham cracker pie crust
make it
Combine boiling water and Jell-O and mix well with wire whisk until dissolved.
Add yogurt and mix well with wooden spoon. Add Cool Whip and mix well with same wooden spoon.
Pour into pie crust and refrigerate until set.
Notes
My husband loves this in the lemon flavor. It tastes just as good as the traditional "lemon refrigerator pie" he loved so well. He has diabetes now and loves this pie. Thank goodness he still has a chance to enjoy it.
