what you need

1 package Oreo Cookies
8 oz. cream cheese
8 squares white chocolate

make it

Put Oreo Cookies and cream cheese in food processer.

Roll in balls. Put on cookie sheet, chill for 20 minutes.

Dip in melted white chocolate (let chocolate cool just enough to dip cookies without melting -- approximately 20 minutes).

Notes

Use sprinkles to decorate (optional).

by aksmith00 on 12/21/2005 This was an excellent recipe and SO easy! I got a little confused with my food processor when the cream cheese didn't mix up very easily. Once it got to mix'in, it was fine. Dipping them was not so pretty. I ended up piping on the white chocolate with a #2 tip. They almost remind me of a truffle. I'd recommended these to anyone!
